Yes, we offer round trip delivery and pick up. The fee is calculated based on the location of the event. If equipment is to be delivered to a specific floor or area other than ground level additional fees may apply. Set up and break down services are available for an additional cost.
We welcome the opportunity to service everyone. Our availability changes based on inventory available. We encourage everyone to book as soon as possible.
We understand that plans can change. To best serve all our customers, we require advance notice for any rental cancellations.
If you cancel with sufficient notice, we will issue you a credit for the full amount paid.
This credit can be applied toward any future rental and will remain valid for up to one year from the original event date.
Cancellations made without adequate notice (less than 24 hours)may result in partial or full forfeiture of your payment.

No. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
We accept secure electronic payments via Zelle, Venmo, Bill and ACH. We do accept business checks given notice at least two weeks in advance. If you need additional payment options, please let us know. At this time, we do accept credit card payments and there are fees required to process those transactions.
For order totals under $200 the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking. For order totals greater than $200, half of your order total is due when the booking is made, the balance is due the day prior to your scheduled event.
